Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current period and is not renewed. Unused credits expire per the plan terms.

EU / Romania consumer withdrawal

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By starting to use authentications (a digital service) you may consent to immediate performance, which can limit the withdrawal right for credits already consumed.

Token consumption

A credit is consumed when an authentication runs. If a read fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit is automatically refunded.
