Terms of Service

Note: VERIDIA is currently a demonstration product. Verdicts shown in the demo are simulated and must not be relied upon. The terms below describe the intended production service.

1. Operator

The service is provided by MIRIMIRI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. (CUI 46133447, Reg. Com. J40/9200/2022), Șos. Colentina nr. 40, Bl. 71, Sc. 4, Et. 10, Ap. 186, Sector 2, București, România. Contact: hello@veridia.app.

2. The service

VERIDIA provides AI-assisted authentication of luxury items. A verdict is an objective opinion produced from the images and information you submit. It is not legal advice and is not a warranty of title or value.

3. Authenticity guarantee

Where offered, an authenticity guarantee applies only to eligible certificates on paid plans, subject to the certificate terms (including following the capture protocol), a per-certificate payout cap, and a claims process. The guarantee is not active during the demo. Full terms will be published before the guarantee is offered.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to submit only images you are entitled to submit, not to upload unlawful content, and not to abuse, probe, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

5. Plans, payment & cancellation

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable VAT, which is added at checkout. You may cancel at any time; consumer withdrawal rights under EU/Romanian law apply where relevant.

6. Intellectual property & trademarks

VERIDIA and its content are our property. Maison and brand names referenced on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners, used nominatively for reference only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid and, where applicable, the guarantee payout cap. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumer protection: ANPC; EU dispute resolution: SOL/ODR.
